Delete your account online
Sign in with your registered mobile number, verify a deletion code, then confirm. This starts a 30-day grace period before the account is permanently removed.

What data will be deleted
Upon successful verification, we will delete:
- Your account profile (name, mobile number, profile photo)
- Your saved addresses and pincode preferences
- Your booking history associated with your account
- Any uploaded documents linked to your profile
What data may be retained
We may retain certain information where required by law, for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or to comply with legal obligations. Retained data is kept only for as long as necessary and is not used for marketing purposes.
Processing time
After you confirm deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period. During that window you can restore the account by signing in again. After 30 days, the account and associated personal data are permanently removed.
Alternative method
You can also request account deletion through the Evide app by going to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, if this option is available in your app version. Or email us from your registered details:
Please include the following in your email:
- Subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
- Your registered mobile number
- Your full name as shown in the app
