- Location / address: pincode and place details used to find nearby services
- Booking data: service requests, booking history, and related communication
- Device permissions (when you allow them): camera, photos/media, contacts — used for features such as profile/document upload or inviting contacts
3. How we use information
- Create and manage your account
- Send OTP for login verification
- Match you with service providers near you
- Process bookings and show booking status
- Improve app reliability and support
4. Sharing
We may share necessary booking details with the relevant service provider to fulfill your request. We do not sell your personal information.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

We retain account and booking information as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements.

- You can update profile details in the app
- You can revoke device permissions in phone Settings
